I gladly accept returns on all items as long as they are unused and in the same condition as when item was received. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

If your order is damaged -
If your order is damaged please contact me asap and I will aim to resolve the issue.

Timeframe -
All return items should be received back to me within 30 days, after this point a refund cannot be offered.

How to return -
In the first instance please contact me with your proof of purchase and your reason for return. I will provide the return address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non refundable and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once I have received and inspected your item I will contact you specifying if you are elegible for a refund. if approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
